How long does shipping take?
Standard takes 3 to 5 business days and Express 24 to 48 hours. Orders over $250 ship standard for free.
Can I return a fragrance?
We accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order includes a gift box and wrapping at no cost, plus a personalised card if you request one.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Avoid the bathroom and sudden temperature changes.
What’s the difference between 50 ml and 100 ml?
The composition is identical. The 100 ml offers better value per millilitre and the 50 ml is ideal for travel or trying it out.
Are the bottles refillable?
